Ⅰ. Application Requirements

1. Non-Chinese citizens with valid foreign passport, being in good conduct, physical

and mental health, abiding by the Chinese laws and CAS’s regulations, respecting the customs  and  habits  of  the   Chinese  people,   and  meeting  the  requirements  in https://www.gov.cn/zhengce/zhengceku/2020-06/10/content_5518369.htm.

2. Aged between  18 and 45; having obtained the graduation certificate of senior high school or above (please refer to ISCED 2011); 

3. Applicants ’ academic performance, academic level and language proficiency should meet the requirements of the program (tests or interviews).

Ⅱ. Application Procedure

Applicants should register at International Student Service System of CAS   (https://cas.at0086.cn/StuApplication/Login.aspx),  fill in personal information and submit the application documents required.

Ⅲ. Application Documents

1. Photocopy of Passport

- The passport  should  be valid within  6  months  from  the  date  of submitting  the application.

- If applicants have a visa or residence permit in China, please also upload it.

2. Personal ID Photo

- The document should be named after your passport number.

3. China Scholastic Competency Assessment (CSCA) Report*

- For subjects required, please refer to the attached 2026 CAS Admissions for International Students Major List of Bachelor’s Degree Programs.

4.Foreigner Physical Examination Form

- The  date  of physical  examination  should  be  within  6  months  from  the  date  of submitting the application.

- The physical examination must cover all the items listed in the form. Incomplete records or those without the signature of the attending physician, the official stamp of 

the hospital, or a sealed photograph of the applicants are invalid.

5. Highest Diploma and Degree Certificates

- Prospective high school graduates should upload an official pre-graduation certificate issued by their current schools. Admitted students need to provide the original degree certificates and upload the scanned copies upon registration.

- Notarized translations must be uploaded along with the originals if the certificates are not in Chinese or English.

6. Academic Transcripts

- Applicants should upload officially issued and sealed transcripts of all courses in high school. If the performance evaluation criteria are available, please also upload them.

7. Language Proficiency Certificate

- Chinese-taught programs: HSK level 4 with a score of 180 or above (valid within 2 years) is required.

8. No Criminal Record Report

- Applicants should upload a no criminal record report issued by the local public security authority.

- The date of issue should be within 6 months from the date of submitting the application.

9.Financial Support Guarantee

- Applicants could upload their own bank statements issued within the past 6 months.

- Applicants  could  download  and  fill  in  the Statement  of Financial  Support for International Students with the supporter’s signature. The supporter’s ID certificates and bank statements should also be attached.

10.Letter of Commitment for Application

Note:

1. Applicants should upload the above documents only in the application system. Any document mailed or sent by email will not be reviewed.

2. All uploaded documents must be clear, authentic, and valid. It is recommended to scan  them  using  professional  device.  The  consequences  caused  by  unclear  or unidentifiable documents shall be borne by applicants.

3. Notarized translations must be uploaded along with the originals if the documents are not in Chinese or English.

4. CAS will contact applicants according to the actual needs. Applicants should ensure that all the application information is accurate and check the messages in the  application  system  regularly.  The  email,  telephone  number,  and  other  contact information should be kept unblocked. Otherwise, the consequences shall be borne by applicants.

Ⅴ. Admissions

1. Decisions  are  made   on  comprehensive  review,  academic  merit,   and  tests   or interviews.

2. CAS will send the admission documents by August.

3. Admitted students are not allowed to alter either the major or the duration of study.

Ⅵ. Registration

1. Please   refer  to   “Admission  Notice”   for  the  registration  time,   campus   and requirements.

2. Admitted  students  need  to provide  all  the  original  application  documents  upon registration. Failure of providing authentic originals may result in disqualification of admission.

3. Admitted students who are not able to complete registration on time due to any reason should to ask for permission with a written statement sent through email at least 15 working days before. If admitted students do not register on time without permission, the admission qualification will be canceled.

Ⅶ. Fees

1. Tuition

After registration, the international students admitted for undergraduate study can apply for BOWENMINGLI scholarship. For more information, please refer to our website: http://www.sis.caskm.edu.cn  The assessment and grant of scholarships will be practiced in accordance with the relevant regulations of China and CAS.

2. Accommodation

The arrangement of on-campus accommodation depends on the capacity of the dormitory and the choices of students. International students can choose to live in four-beds rooms, with the accommodation fee of 3600 RMB/Year. They can choose to live in two-beds rooms, with the accommodation fee of 6800 RMB/Year. International students accommodating on campus are required to pay the water and  electricity fees in accordance with the college’s regulations. For details related to the charging ways and standards, please refer to the notices by the Student Apartment Center.

3. Medical Insurance

800  yuan/person/year. International students must purchase  Comprehensive medical Insurance in accordance with relevant regulations. Otherwise, the admission qualification will be canceled.

THÔNG BÁO TUYỂN SINH ĐẠI HỌC CHO SINH VIÊN QUỐC TẾ NĂM 2026

I. Yêu cầu đăng ký

1.Người đăng ký phải là công dân không mang quốc tịch Trung Quốc, có hộ chiếu nước ngoài hợp lệ; có đạo đức tốt, sức khỏe thể chất và tinh thần ổn định, tuân thủ pháp luật, quy định của Trung Quốc cũng như quy chế nhà trường, tôn trọng phong tục tập quán của nhân dân Trung Quốc.

2.Độ tuổi người đăng ký từ 16 đến 45 tuổi, có bằng tốt nghiệp trung học phổ thông trở lên, kết quả học tập tốt, thái độ học tập chăm chỉ. Người chưa đủ 18 tuổi phải nộp giấy ủy quyền có chữ ký của người giám hộ hợp pháp tại Trung Quốc.

II. Quy trình đăng ký

Người đăng ký truy cập nền tảng dịch vụ sinh viên quốc tế Trường Văn Lý Công Minh để đăng ký tài khoản tại đường link: http://cas.at0086.cn/student, điền thông tin đăng ký trực tuyến theo yêu cầu và nộp bộ hồ sơ đăng ký.

III. Hồ sơ đăng ký

(1) Bản scan trang thông tin cá nhân hộ chiếu

1.  Hộ chiếu phải còn hiệu lực trên 6 tháng tính từ ngày nộp hồ sơ.

2.Nếu có visa vào Trung Quốc hoặc giấy phép cư trú tại Trung Quốc, vui lòng tải lên kèm hộ chiếu.

(2) Bảng điểm bài kiểm tra năng lực học thuật nhập học đại học du học Trung Quốc (CSCA)

Yêu cầu môn học chi tiết xem tại phụ lục Danh sách ngành đào tạo đại học sinh viên quốc tế Trường Văn Lý Công Minh năm 2026.

(3) Bảng khám sức khỏe người nước ngoài

1.Ngày khám sức khỏe phải trong vòng 6 tháng tính đến ngày nộp hồ sơ.

2.Người đăng ký bắt buộc thực hiện đầy đủ các hạng mục khám trong biểu mẫu. Hồ sơ sẽ vô hiệu nếu thiếu hạng mục khám, không dán ảnh cá nhân, ảnh không có dấu niêm phong, thiếu chữ ký và con dấu của bác sĩ cùng bệnh viện.

(4) Bản gốc bằng tốt nghiệp và bằng cấp cao nhất

Nếu người đăng ký là sinh viên sắp tốt nghiệp THPT, có thể nộp giấy chứng nhận sắp tốt nghiệp do trường đang theo học cấp. Khi đến trường làm thủ tục nhập học phải xuất trình bản gốc bằng tốt nghiệp, bằng cấp và bổ sung bản scan. Nếu văn bằng không viết bằng tiếng Trung hay tiếng Anh, phải nộp bản dịch công chứng sang tiếng Trung hoặc tiếng Anh.

(5) Bản gốc bảng điểm học tập

Người đăng ký nộp đầy đủ bảng điểm cấp trung học phổ thông. Nếu có giải thích tiêu chí chấm điểm, vui lòng tải lên kèm bảng điểm. Nếu bảng điểm không viết bằng tiếng Trung hay tiếng Anh, phải nộp bản dịch công chứng sang tiếng Trung hoặc tiếng Anh.

(6) Giấy chứng nhận năng lực ngôn ngữ

Người đăng ký các ngành dạy bằng tiếng Trung phải nộp chứng chỉ HSK cấp 4 đạt từ 180 điểm trở lên (hiệu lực trong vòng 2 năm).

(7) Giấy xác nhận không có tiền án tiền sự

Người đăng ký nộp giấy xác nhận không có tiền án tiền sự do cơ quan công an nơi cư trú cấp. Ngày cấp giấy phải trong vòng 6 tháng tính đến ngày nộp hồ sơ.

(8) Giấy chứng nhận đảm bảo tài chính

1.Người đăng ký có thể nộp giấy xác nhận số dư ngân hàng cá nhân trong vòng 6 tháng gần nhất.

2.Người đăng ký tải xuống và điền Giấy cam kết đảm bảo tài chính cho sinh viên quốc tế, thông tin điền phải trung thực chính xác, có chữ ký viết tay của người đảm bảo tài chính, kèm theo giấy tờ tùy thân và giấy xác nhận số dư ngân hàng của người đảm bảo.

IV. Thời hạn chốt nhận hồ sơ đăng ký

17 giờ ngày 30 tháng 7 năm 2026 (giờ Bắc Kinh).

V. Xét duyệt và tuyển sinh

1.Trường Văn Lý Công Minh tổ chức chuyên gia đánh giá hồ sơ đăng ký, tùy tình hình tổ chức thi viết và phỏng vấn, tuyển chọn sinh viên đủ điều kiện có thành tích xuất sắc.

2.Trước ngày 10 tháng 8, trường sẽ gửi bộ hồ sơ trúng tuyển đến sinh viên được nhận.

VI. Thủ tục nhập học

1.Thời gian, địa điểm và yêu cầu làm thủ tục nhập học theo nội dung thư trúng tuyển.

2.Nếu có lý do đặc biệt không thể đến làm thủ tục đúng hạn, phải gửi đơn xin trễ hạn bằng văn bản qua email ít nhất 15 ngày làm việc trước ngày nhập học, chỉ được trễ thời gian sau khi được nhà trường phê duyệt.

VII. Bảng chi phí đào tạo

(1) Học phí

Lưu ý: Sau khi hoàn tất thủ tục nhập học, sinh viên quốc tế có thể đăng ký Học bổng Quốc tế Bác Văn Lý Minh (8.000 Nhân dân tệ/người/năm). Cách thức đăng ký học bổng xem tại website: https://www.sis.caskm.edu.cn/

(2) Phí ký túc xá

1.Tất cả sinh viên bắt buộc ở ký túc xá trong khuôn viên trường.

2.Phòng 4 người: 3.800 Nhân dân tệ/người/năm (1.900 Nhân dân tệ/người/nửa năm); Phòng 2 người: 6.800 Nhân dân tệ/người/năm (3.400 Nhân dân tệ/người/nửa năm). Sinh viên quốc tế ở ký túc xá phải đóng tiền điện nước theo quy định, cách thu và mức phí cụ thể theo thông báo của Trung tâm Ký túc xá sinh viên.

(3) Phí bảo hiểm y tế tổng hợp

800 Nhân dân tệ/người/năm học. Tất cả sinh viên quốc tế đến học tại Trung Quốc bắt buộc mua gói Bảo hiểm y tế tổng hợp cho người đến Trung Quốc theo quy định nhà nước và yêu cầu nhà trường.

Folleto de admisión para estudiantes internacionales de grado 2026

I. Requisitos de solicitud

1.El solicitante debe ser ciudadano no chino con pasaporte extranjero válido, tener buena conducta, gozar de buena salud física y mental, cumplir las leyes y reglamentos de China así como los reglamentos escolares, y respetar las costumbres y tradiciones del pueblo chino.

2. El solicitante debe tener entre 16 y 45 años, contar con título de bachillerato o superior, un buen expediente académico y una actitud seria de estudio. Quienes tengan menos de 18 años deberán presentar un documento de delegación firmado por el tutor legal en China.

II. Procedimiento de solicitud

El solicitante debe registrar una cuenta en la Plataforma de Servicios para Estudiantes Internacionales de la Universidad de Artes y Ciencias de Kunming: http://cas.at0086.cn/student, completar la información de solicitud en línea según los requisitos y enviar los documentos solicitados.

III. Documentos de solicitud

(1) Escaneo de la página de datos personales del pasaporte

1.El pasaporte debe tener una validez superior a 6 meses contados desde la fecha de presentación de la solicitud.

2.Si cuenta con visado para China o permiso de residencia en el país, súbalos junto con el pasaporte.

(2) Certificado de resultados de la Prueba de Nivel Académico para Ingreso a Grado de Estudiantes en China (CSCA)

Los requisitos específicos de asignaturas se detallan en el anexo Catálogo de Carreras de Grado para Estudiantes Internacionales 2026 de la Universidad de Artes y Ciencias de Kunming.

(3) Certificado de Examen Físico para Extranjeros

1.El examen médico debe realizarse en un plazo no superior a 6 meses antes de la entrega de la solicitud.

2.El solicitante debe someterse a todos los exámenes indicados en el formulario. El documento será inválido si faltan pruebas, no lleva la fotografía personal, la fotografía no tiene sello cruzado, o carece de firma y sello del médico y el hospital.

(4) Original del título de bachillerato y diploma de graduación

Si el solicitante es estudiante de último año de bachillerato, podrá presentar un certificado de graduación previa emitido por su centro de estudios. Al formalizar la matrícula deberá mostrar los originales de los títulos y enviar sus escaneos complementarios. Si los certificados no están redactados en chino ni en inglés, se debe adjuntar una traducción jurada al chino o al inglés.

(5) Original del expediente académico

1.El solicitante debe entregar el expediente completo del bachillerato. Si existe una explicación del sistema de calificaciones, súbala junto al expediente. Si el expediente no está redactado en chino ni en inglés, se debe adjuntar una traducción jurada al chino o al inglés.

(6) Certificado de competencia lingüística

Los solicitantes de carreras impartidas en chino deben presentar el certificado HSK Nivel 4 con una puntuación mínima de 180 puntos (válido durante dos años).

(7) Certificado de antecedentes penales limpios

El solicitante debe entregar un certificado de carencia de antecedentes penales emitido por la autoridad policial de su lugar de residencia. El documento debe emitirse en un plazo no superior a 6 meses antes de la entrega de la solicitud.

(8) Documento de garantía económica

1.El solicitante puede presentar un certificado de saldo bancario correspondiente a sus propios fondos de los últimos 6 meses.

2.El solicitante puede descargar y completar la Carta de Garantía Económica para Estudiantes Internacionales, con información veraz y precisa, firmada a mano por el garante económico, acompañada del documento de identidad y el certificado de saldo bancario del garante.

IV. Fecha límite de solicitud

30 de julio de 2026, 17:00 hora de Beijing.

V. Revisión y admisión

1.La Universidad de Artes y Ciencias de Kunming organizará un equipo de expertos para evaluar los documentos de solicitud, y podrá realizar exámenes escritos o entrevistas según corresponda. Se seleccionarán los candidatos cualificados para su admisión.

2.La universidad enviará los materiales de admisión a los estudiantes aceptados antes del 10 de agosto.

VI. Matrícula presencial

1.La fecha, lugar y requisitos de matrícula presencial figuran en la carta de admisión.

2.Si por motivos excepcionales no puede formalizar la matrícula en el plazo establecido, deberá enviar una solicitud por escrito por correo electrónico con al menos 15 días hábiles de antelación. Solo podrá aplazar la matrícula tras recibir la aprobación.

VII. Tarifas

(1) Matrícula académica

Nota: Después de formalizar la matrícula, los estudiantes internacionales pueden solicitar la Beca Internacional Bo Wen Li Li (8 000 RMB por persona/año). Las bases de solicitud de la beca se consultan en el sitio web: https://sis.caskm.edu.cn/

(2) Gastos de alojamiento

1.Es obligatorio residir en el campus.

2.Habitación cuádruple: 3 800 RMB por persona/año (1 900 RMB por persona/semestre); Habitación doble: 6 800 RMB por persona/año (3 400 RMB por persona/semestre). Los estudiantes internacionales residentes en el campus deben abonar los gastos de agua y electricidad según la normativa. La forma y tarifa exacta se publicarán en los avisos del Centro de Residencias Estudiantiles.

(3) Seguro médico integral

800 RMB por persona/año académico. Todos los estudiantes internacionales que estudien en China deben contratar el Seguro Médico Integral para Personas en China, conforme a las disposiciones estatales y los requisitos de la universidad.

ข้อ 1 คุณสมบัติของผู้สมัคร

1.1 ผู้สมัครต้องเป็นบุคคลสัญชาติอื่นที่มิใช่สัญชาติจีน และถือหนังสือเดินทางต่างประเทศที่ยังมีอายุใช้งาน มีความประพฤติดี สุขภาพร่างกายและจิตใจสมบูรณ์ ปฏิบัติตามกฎหมายและระเบียบข้อบังคับของสาธารณรัฐประชาชนจีนและของมหาวิทยาลัย เคารพขนบธรรมเนียมและวัฒนธรรมของประชาชนจีน และมีคุณสมบัติเป็นไปตามข้อกำหนดที่เกี่ยวข้องของกระทรวงศึกษาธิการแห่งสาธารณรัฐประชาชนจีน ตามหนังสือเวียนเลขที่ 教外函〔2020〕12号 และข้อกำหนดอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง

3.1 สำเนาหนังสือเดินทาง

3.4 แบบฟอร์มตรวจสุขภาพชาวต่างชาติ

3.7 เอกสารรับรองความสามารถทางภาษา

ผู้สมัครหลักสูตรที่ใช้ภาษาจีนในการเรียนการสอน ต้องยื่นผลสอบ HSK ระดับ 4 ขึ้นไป โดยมีคะแนนไม่ต่ำกว่า 180 คะแนน และผลสอบต้องอยู่ภายในระยะเวลา 2 ปีนับจากวันที่ออกผลสอบ

3.8 หนังสือรับรองประวัติอาชญากรรม

ผู้สมัครต้องยื่นหนังสือรับรองประวัติอาชญากรรมจากหน่วยงานราชการของประเทศตนเอง โดยเอกสารต้องออกภายใน 6 เดือนก่อนวันสมัคร

3.9 เอกสารรับรองฐานะทางการเงิน

    3.10 หนังสือรับรองความถูกต้องและความซื่อสัตย์ในการสมัครเข้าศึกษาสำหรับนักศึกษาต่างชาติ มหาวิทยาลัยศิลปศาสตร์และวิทยาศาสตร์คุนหมิง

<!--[if !supportLists]-->l      <!--[endif]-->เอกสารทั้งหมดต้องมีความชัดเจน ถูกต้อง และเป็นเอกสารที่สามารถใช้งานได้จริง มหาวิทยาลัยแนะนำให้ใช้เครื่องสแกนหรืออุปกรณ์ที่มีคุณภาพในการสแกนเอกสาร ทั้งนี้ หากเกิดปัญหาจากเอกสารที่ไม่ชัดเจนหรือไม่สามารถตรวจสอบได้ ผู้สมัครจะต้องรับผิดชอบต่อผลที่เกิดขึ้นด้วยตนเอง

<!--[if !supportLists]-->l      <!--[endif]-->มหาวิทยาลัยอาจติดต่อผู้สมัครเพิ่มเติมในกรณีที่จำเป็น ผู้สมัครจึงต้องตรวจสอบให้แน่ใจว่าข้อมูลทั้งหมดที่ให้ไว้มีความถูกต้องครบถ้วน โดยเฉพาะอีเมล หมายเลขโทรศัพท์ และข้อมูลการติดต่ออื่น ๆ ซึ่งต้องสามารถใช้งานได้ นอกจากนี้ ผู้สมัครควรตรวจสอบข้อความภายในระบบสมัครออนไลน์อย่างสม่ำเสมอ หากมหาวิทยาลัยไม่สามารถติดต่อผู้สมัครได้ หรือเกิดปัญหาจากข้อมูลที่ไม่ถูกต้อง มหาวิทยาลัยจะถือว่าผู้สมัครรับทราบและยอมรับผลที่อาจเกิดขึ้น

     ข้อ 4 กำหนดเวลาปิดรับสมัคร

    ปิดรับสมัครภายในวันที่ 15 กรกฎาคม 2026 เวลา 17:00 น. ตามเวลาปักกิ่ง

     ข้อ 5 การพิจารณาและประกาศผลการรับเข้า

5.1 มหาวิทยาลัยจะพิจารณาเอกสารการสมัคร และอาจมีการสอบข้อเขียน การสัมภาษณ์ หรือการประเมินเพิ่มเติมตามความเหมาะสม

5.2 มหาวิทยาลัยจะส่งเอกสารตอบรับการเข้าศึกษาให้แก่ผู้ผ่านการคัดเลือกภายในสิ้นเดือนกรกฎาคม 2026

5.3 นักศึกษาที่ได้รับการตอบรับแล้ว โดยหลักการจะไม่สามารถเปลี่ยนสาขาวิชาหรือระยะเวลาการศึกษาได้

     ข้อ 6 การรายงานตัวเข้าศึกษา

6.1 วัน เวลา และสถานที่รายงานตัว ให้เป็นไปตามรายละเอียดในหนังสือตอบรับการเข้าศึกษา

6.2 ผู้สมัครต้องนำเอกสารต้นฉบับทั้งหมดมาแสดงในวันรายงานตัว

6.3 ผู้ที่ไม่สามารถมารายงานตัวตามกำหนด ต้องแจ้งมหาวิทยาลัยล่วงหน้าอย่างน้อย 15 วันทำการ มิฉะนั้นจะถือว่าสละสิทธิ์การเข้าศึกษา

     ข้อ 7 ค่าใช้จ่าย

7.1 ค่าเล่าเรียน

หมายเหตุ: หลังจากนักศึกษาต่างชาติรายงานตัวและลงทะเบียนเรียบร้อยแล้ว สามารถสมัครขอรับ “ทุนการศึกษาสำหรับนักศึกษาต่างชาติ BOWEN MINGLI” ได้ โดยสามารถศึกษารายละเอียดและวิธีการสมัครทุนได้ที่ https://www.sis.caskm.edu.cn/

7.2 ค่าที่พัก

<!--[if !supportLists]-->l  <!--[endif]-->นักศึกษาต่างชาติทุกคนต้องพักอาศัยภายในมหาวิทยาลัยตามที่มหาวิทยาลัยกำหนด

<!--[if !supportLists]-->l  <!--[endif]-->ห้องพัก 4 คน ค่าที่พัก 3,800 หยวนต่อคนต่อปี (1,900 หยวนต่อคนต่อภาคการศึกษา) และห้องพัก 2 คน ค่าที่พัก 6,800 หยวนต่อคนต่อปี (3,400 หยวนต่อคนต่อภาคการศึกษา)  นักศึกษาต่างชาติที่พักอาศัยภายในมหาวิทยาลัยต้องชำระค่าน้ำและค่าไฟฟ้าตามระเบียบของมหาวิทยาลัย โดยอัตราค่าใช้จ่ายและวิธีการจัดเก็บให้เป็นไปตามประกาศของศูนย์หอพักนักศึกษา

7.3 ค่าประกันสุขภาพ

 800 หยวนต่อคนต่อปีการศึกษา นักศึกษาต่างชาติที่เดินทางมาศึกษาในประเทศจีนทุกคนต้องจัดทำ “ประกันสุขภาพแบบครอบคลุมสำหรับชาวต่างชาติในประเทศจีน” ตามข้อกำหนดของรัฐและมหาวิทยาลัย ผู้ที่ยังไม่ได้ดำเนินการจัดทำประกันภายในระยะเวลาที่กำหนด จะถูกเพิกถอนสิทธิ์การเข้าศึกษาโดยมหาวิทยาลัย
